This class provides a good understanding of MyAssistant conditions and how they can be defined to monitor your business processes. At the end of this class you will know how to:

• What MyAssistant conditions are and how they are used to monitor your business activity
• How to review MyAssistant’s pre-built conditions to determine if they meet you needs
• How to create custom conditions of varying complexity

This class is intended for anyone who will be setting up MyAssistant and each attendee will receive a workbook. There is no charge for clients on a MyAssistant Support and Maintenance plan.
